Like Tutti Frutti, this lot comes from Quindío (Quindío), Armenia region, Colombia — same volcanic soil. The fruit choice here built a warm, sweet cup, closer to a dessert experience.

Grown as Castillo variety, this lot goes through a honey process with strawberry infusion — adding strawberries into sealed fermentation tanks, letting the bean absorb the fruit’s sugars and acids directly before the honey-drying stage.

Cup Notes

Strawberry leads the cup from the first sip, followed by a soft, creamy layer, closing on a warm brown sugar touch that gives the cup a rich, dessert-like character. Medium-to-full body. This lot scored 87.25 on the SCA scale.
