Refund and Return Policy

Introduction

At V60 Labs, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund and Return Policy is provided in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait governing consumer protection and sales contracts.

Return & Refund Period

You may request a return or exchange within a maximum period of 72 hours from the date of receiving your order.

Product-Specific Return Conditions

Specialty Coffee

Returns are accepted only if the coffee bag remains unopened and in its original sealed condition. Eligible returns will receive a full refund.

Coffee Equipment

For brewing equipment (including tools, cups, grinders, and related items), we recommend inspecting the product immediately upon delivery.

If a manufacturing defect or physical damage is identified, you must contact us promptly to initiate a replacement process.

Important: Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging. Warranty-based replacement is limited to a one-time replacement per item.

Return Request Process

To initiate a return or exchange request, the customer must comply with all applicable conditions outlined above and contact us through the available communication channels on our Website to complete the process.

Fees and Charges

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error in the order, the return or replacement will be processed free of charge, subject to verification.

In all other cases, the following will apply:

  • Original shipping and delivery fees will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer and charged accordingly by the shipping provider

Refund Process

Where a full refund is approved, the amount will be returned using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

In other cases, once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed after deducting applicable shipping and return fees.

Refunds will be issued within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of confirmation, using the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

  • If the order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued.
  • If the order is canceled after shipment, shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Failure to Receive Shipment

If a prepaid order is not received by the customer and is returned to us, the following deductions will apply:

  • Shipping fees paid to the courier
  • Additional return shipping costs

The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
