Introduction

At V60 Labs, we place great importance on efficient shipping and delivery to ensure your orders reach you as quickly as possible. We partner with trusted delivery providers to maintain a reliable and consistent service experience.

Our shipping services cover all governorates and areas within the State of Kuwait.

Shipping Fees

A standard delivery fee of KWD 1.500 applies to all orders, with the following exceptions:

  • Ahmadi Governorate – Ali Sabah Al Salem (formerly Umm Al-Hayman): KWD 3.500
  • Ahmadi Governorate – Sabah Al Ahmad City: KWD 3.500
  • Jahra Governorate – Al Mutlaa Area: KWD 2.500

We offer free shipping on orders exceeding KWD 20, excluding the above-mentioned areas.

Delivery Timeframe

Orders placed before 3:00 PM are typically delivered on the same day. Orders placed after this time are delivered on the following day.

Please note that delivery times may vary in exceptional circumstances or due to factors beyond our control.

Delivery Process

The delivery representative may contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time if you are unavailable at the time of delivery.

If delivery attempts fail twice, the order will be held at the nearest courier distribution center for a maximum period of 7 days.

If the order is not collected within this period, it will be returned to V60 Labs. In such cases, shipping and return fees will be deducted or charged to the customer.
