This Refund and Return Policy is provided in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait governing consumer protection and sales contracts.<\/p>\n<h2>Return &#038; Refund Period<\/h2>\n<p>You may request a return or exchange within a maximum period of <strong>72 hours<\/strong> from the date of receiving your order.<\/p>\n<h2>Product-Specific Return Conditions<\/h2>\n<h3>Specialty Coffee<\/h3>\n<p>Returns are accepted only if the coffee bag remains <strong>unopened and in its original sealed condition<\/strong>. Eligible returns will receive a full refund.<\/p>\n<h3>Coffee Equipment<\/h3>\n<p>For brewing equipment (including tools, cups, grinders, and related items), we recommend inspecting the product immediately upon delivery.<\/p>\n<p>If a manufacturing defect or physical damage is identified, you must contact us promptly to initiate a replacement process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong> Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging.
