We partner with trusted delivery providers to maintain a reliable and consistent service experience.<\/p>\n<p>Our shipping services cover all governorates and areas within the State of Kuwait.<\/p>\n<h2>Shipping Fees<\/h2>\n<p>A standard delivery fee of <strong>KWD 1.500<\/strong> applies to all orders, with the following exceptions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ahmadi Governorate \u2013 Ali Sabah Al Salem (formerly Umm Al-Hayman): <strong>KWD 3.500<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Ahmadi Governorate \u2013 Sabah Al Ahmad City: <strong>KWD 3.500<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Jahra Governorate \u2013 Al Mutlaa Area: <strong>KWD 2.500<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We offer <strong>free shipping<\/strong> on orders exceeding <strong>KWD 20<\/strong>, excluding the above-mentioned areas.<\/p>\n<h2>Delivery Timeframe<\/h2>\n<p>Orders placed before <strong>3:00 PM<\/strong> are typically delivered on the same day. Orders placed after this time are delivered on the following day.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that delivery times may vary in exceptional circumstances or due to factors beyond our control.<\/p>\n<h2>Delivery Process<\/h2>\n<p>The delivery representative may contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time if you are unavailable at the time of delivery.<\/p>\n<p>If delivery attempts fail twice, the order will be held at the nearest courier distribution center for a maximum period of <strong>7 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>If the order is not collected within this period, it will be returned to V60 Labs.
