Deep in Cerrado Mineiro, one of Brazil’s most celebrated coffee regions, at elevations around 1,200 meters, five brothers tend this crop with the kind of care that only comes from genuine dedication. Brazil La Rosa is what happens when tradition, discipline, and passion share the same farm.

The beans are Arabica, Mundo Novo variety — processed using the Pulped Natural method, which strips the outer skin while preserving the fruit’s natural sugars. The result is a remarkably creamy body with a soft, low acidity that never gets in the way.

Every cup of Brazil La Rosa opens with rich dark chocolate, moves through warm toasted hazelnut, and settles into a gentle sweetness of brown sugar. Heavy, clean, and deeply satisfying — a profile built for espresso.
