Like Tutti Frutti and Colombia Strawberry, this lot also comes from Quindío, Armenia, Colombia — same volcanic soil. But the fruit choice here took the cup in a completely different direction: a tropical, floral character that stands out within the collection.

Grown as Castillo variety, this lot goes through a honey process with fruit infusion.

The Process: Infusion

The tropical fruits used in fermentation give the bean a bright, aromatic character that’s distinct within the Infusion Collection.

Cup Notes

Passion fruit opens the cup with its signature tropical character, followed by a ripe mango note that adds sweetness, closing on a delicate jasmine touch that gives the cup a rare floral dimension. Medium-to-full body, with balanced medium acidity. This lot scored 86.75 on the SCA scale.

Roast Approach

Carefully calibrated to preserve the aromatic, floral clarity that defines this lot.

We recommend brewing Passion Fruit as filter/V60 to bring out its tropical and floral layers clearly.
